I offer cybersecurity awareness training and data privacy training, with new offerings currently in development. Every training is customized to each organization's specific needs, existing policies, and the regulatory bodies that govern its work. So staff learn practical skills that directly reflect their day-to-day responsibilities and compliance requirements.

Cybersecurity Awareness Training

Empowering your Staff, Executive Leadership, and Board of Directors with the knowledge and awareness they need to recognize, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity threats. This tailored cybersecurity awareness training helps ensure everyone understands their role in protecting the organization, from identifying phishing attempts and social engineering to understanding security policies, risks, and best practices. By providing training at every level of the organization, we help build a stronger security culture and make cybersecurity a shared responsibility.

Health Data Privacy in Ontario

PHIPA privacy training teaches staff how to protect personal health information under Ontario's *Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004*. Employees learn when they can collect, use, and disclose health information, how consent works, and why accessing records without a work-related need ("snooping") is prohibited. The training also covers secure handling of records, patients' rights to access and correct their information, and how to recognize and promptly report privacy breaches, helping the organization stay compliant and maintain patient trust.
